Worship

The scripture for this Sunday is Matthew 6:19-24.
What are the desires of your heart, what do the scriptures tell us about that? Can you serve 2 masters? Reading this passage before Sunday will give you some insight and prepare your hearts for worship. Be blessed!

prayer and praise Prayer and praise night:
This Sunday evening at 6:00 we will be having our prayer and praise time. Carol Rudzinski shared about this last Sunday… it is a wonderful time for us to set aside to be together. We do this once a month, usually the first Sunday night of the month so try to join us as we enjoy the heart of God with each other.
Children’s Choir
Kristen Schill started the children’s choir last Sunday! The practices will be from 9:30am-10:00am on Sunday mornings in the “yellow room”. Come and join them!

Youth – Sunday evening Snack Suppers
We still have some vacant times available, if you would like to support our youth by providing a snack supper.

Please notice that this Sunday and next need to be filled. If you need some ideas on what to provide, talk to Wilson on Sunday… he would be happy to help!
Ash Wednesday
This Wednesday begins the season of Lent – in this service and throughout this season, together we acknowledge where we are, we own it, and recognize we cannot fix ourselves by ourselves, and we seek God’s mercy and power to renew ourselves in Jesus.  Ash Wednesday is a time to begin with repentance and quiet as we reflect on  our brokenness. Please join us at 6:30 PM for a time of reflection, challenge and communion to begin this holy season.
