Announcements for our Church Family

Intentionally Andover for New Year
This morning is a very special and unique day in the life of our community. If you are visiting with us, we are so excited you have joined us. If this is your church home, then today is a day mainly for you. During this worship service, we will sing and we will pray as we always do, but our sermon time today is an opportunity to share some exciting news, updates and visions that the Staff and Andover Lead Team believe are God’s dreams for Andover. We are excited to share and then see what God will do in 2018.

Wonderfully Made Event – February 9 and 10
The Wonderfully Made retreat is a fantastic resource that will help children in 5th grade understand their bodies, the changes they are going through, and how God loves them now and always. First Church is sponsoring this incredible moment and will be partnering with our District and several other churches in the area. See Joy Nichols for more information.

DE-Decorating Party – Following Worship Today
A special thanks to all who helped our sanctuary wear our Advent and Christmas best this season. Today, following 11 am worship, we will be taking down our trees and decorations as we move into a new season of the year. If you are able to stick around and lend a hand, we would greatly appreciate it!

Youth Ministry – Parent Meeting Updates
Tonight at 4 pm, all parents of our youth (grades 6-12) are invited to a parent meeting to discuss 2018 plans. The meeting will take place here at the church.

Prayer and Praise Night Tonight
Join us tonight for a time of praise and prayer at 6pm.
